Before you apply the PharmChek® Sweat Patch, you will need these materials:

• A PharmChek® Sweat Patch
• Two 70% Isopropyl alcohol wipes (1 for patch, 1 for optional overlay)
• Disposable gloves (not supplied)
• Chain of custody form
