“The key distinction between drug testing through sweat patch testing and hair testing is that sweat patch testing monitors drug use over a relatively short period of time, typically one- to two-weeks of sweat patch wear, whereby even a single use of drugs may be detected. In contrast, hair testing typically monitors drug use over a much longer period of time, typically measuring a 90-day hair segment in its entirety, whereby one- or two-time drug use may not be readily detected.”
